Malika El Kartoubi-Ouali is a board member of Verdian and Client Service Manager Private Equity at IQEQ, a leading global investor services provider. Since joining IQ-EQ in 2022, she has guided and managed transactions and corporate structures for the Nuveen portfolio. She also serves as legal advisor and trainer within the IQEQ global PE Team.

Malika is a legal professional with over 20 years of experience in international law practices who always strives for a high level of quality and professionalism. As a Corporate and Contract lawyer and due to her experience in various legal areas and multidisciplinary settings, she understands the importance of Governance, Compliance & regulatory, and Integrity, and she can communicate with all kinds of stakeholders at different levels.

Malika studied corporate law and contract law in Amsterdam, followed by post-academic courses including the Study Mergers & Acquisitions: law, finance, skills (NOvA accredited 54 PO) at the VU Law Academy for Professionals with ZIFO (Zuidas Institute for Financial Law and Corporate Law) in Amsterdam.
