Specialised in diversity and inclusion, cultural transformation and strategic people management for teams of up to 15,000 employees, she brings strategic vision and innovative solutions that boost organisational growth and culture.

Her approach combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making and the management of cultural transformations, with a proven track record of spearheading initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable results. She has driven key initiatives for diverse talent, reduced vacancy periods by 40% and led the implementation of Workday for 15,000 employees across EMEA.

With professional experience in six countries including Germany, France and Spain, and two continents, Carmen brings a strategic and inclusive mindset, as well as resilience and empathy to her leadership. Her career includes key roles at GE Renewable Energy (Vernova), Haver & Boecker and Volkswagen-Audi. She also co-founded Bamcraft Group, strengthening her ability to align people strategies with business objectives and to build strong, diverse and future-focused organisational cultures.

Her experience comes with a robust executive education, including Emotional Intelligence from Harvard Executive Education, People Analytics from MIT and Agile HR from EADA Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from the University of Girona.
