development, legal, compliance, and private equity. She has a proven track record of driving
value and strategic growth in industries such as financial services, renewable energy, and
healthcare.

Cindy’s proficiency spans deal structuring, portfolio management, operational
improvement, and business development, including market expansion, revenue growth,
strategic partnerships, and relationship management, making her an essential contributor to
private equity investments and value creation.

Fluent in multiple languages, Cindy holds a law degree from the University of London and
is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management Studies(Digital Business) at the University
of Amsterdam.
